Jio, Airtel, Vodafone-Idea companies have defended the existing structure of their recharge plans while responding to TRAI on possible changes in prepaid plans.
Responding to TRAI in this regard, Airtel company said that the currently existing plans provide voice, data and SMS services without any hidden charges. These are simple and user-friendly plans.
Reliance Jio has conducted a survey on the existing prepaid plans in which 91% of the subscribers feel that these are the most economical plans.
