On Tuesday, District Magistrate in-charge Gaurav Kumar has blocked the salary withdrawal of a total of 78 officers of various departments for the month of August, 2024, after finding the highest number of unsatisfactory feedback on the IGRS portal and default in resolving the complaints due to non-timely and quality disposal of public complaints by the concerned officers of various departments on the IGRS portal. Instructions have been given to submit an explanation within three days as to under which circumstances the percentage of unsatisfactory feedback was high.
He said that the District Magistrate had earlier directed all the nodal officers through a letter that all officers will regularly visit their IGRS portal and ensure quality disposal of all references. If found defaulting, punitive action will be taken by determining the responsibility of the concerned officer. But these 78 officers are not taking interest in the work of IGRS.
Due to the maximum number of unsatisfactory feedback in resolving complaints and default in maximum number of cases, the salary withdrawal of Sub-Divisional Magistrate Sadar, Soraon, Phulpur, Handia, Meja, Koraon and due to maximum unsatisfactory feedback of Sub-Divisional Magistrate Karchana, Bara for the month of August 2024 has been stopped.
In the same sequence, on having most unsatisfactory feedback, Tehsildar Sadar, Soraon, Phulpur, Handia, Karchana, Bara, Meja, Koraon, District Supply Officer, Executive Engineer Irrigation Water Resources, Executive Engineer PWD, District Program Officer, Executive Engineer Mechanical Irrigation, District Deputy Commissioner MNREGA, District Probation Officer, District Excise Officer, Chief Veterinary Officer, District Panchayat Raj Officer, District Basic Education Officer, Additional Municipal Commissioner Municipal Corporation, Executive Engineer Jalkal Municipal Corporation, General Manager Jalkal Jal Sansthan, Secretary Mandi Samiti, Block Development Officer Meja, Karchana, Manda, Dhanupur, Koraon, Chaka, Soraon, Pratappur, Koraon, Handia, Executive Officer Nagar Panchayat Palika Shankargarh, Lalgopalganj, Koraon, Mauaima, Phulpur, Assistant Development Officer Panchayat-Koraon, Shankargarh, Kaudihar, Pratappur, Bahria, Bahadurpur, Jasra, Dhanupur, A ban has been imposed on the withdrawal of salaries of the Child Development Project Officers of Kaundhiara, Karchana, Manda, Holagarh, Phulpur, Uruwa, Soraon, Chaka, Handia, Jasra, Bahria, Mauaima and Handia.
The District Magistrate in-charge, due to not giving the required attention to the IGRs portal, which is included in the top priority of the government, and finding the highest number of defaulter references in the complaints, has given instructions to stop the salary withdrawal of PDA Secretary, Chief Engineer Electricity Distribution, Sub Registrar Sadar, Executive Engineer Electricity Nodal, Executive Engineer Jal Nigam Urban, District Employment Officer, Medical Officer in-charge CHC Meja, Chief Medical Superintendent District Hospital, ARM Roadways, Block Development Officer Uruwa, Additional City Magistrate III and Regional Pollution Control Officer and to submit an explanation within three days.
