35 young farmers trained for mushroom cultivation | News India

Mirzapur, 27 August (HS). Training was given on Tuesday under the capacity building project of rural youth through mushroom cultivation at the Krishi Vigyan Kendra located at Barkacha of BHU. 35 youths were trained on the subject of mushroom cultivation for self-employment.

Principal Investigator Dr. Jaypee Rai said that the training program is being run with the aim of entrepreneurship development and livelihood generation among rural youth. This project will help in the development of resource-less areas. Rural youth can be motivated for self-employment. Experts guided the youth to adopt mushroom farming for livelihood and entrepreneurship development and income enhancement.
