Killing of Pakistani tourists in Balochistan: A major attack took place this morning in Pakistan's Balochistan's Musakhail district. Here gunmen shot 23 passengers after taking them off a bus. Kakkar further said, 'The armed men also set fire to 10 vehicles. After the attack, the police reached the spot and took the bodies to the hospital. Of the dead, 3 were from Balochistan and the rest were from Punjab.'

Another senior district official, Hamid Zehri, also confirmed the death toll. He blamed militants of the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), a militant separatist group active in the area, for the incident. Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti condemned the massacre and expressed his condolences to the families of those killed. He also said that the Balochistan government, police and army will punish the terrorists who carried out the attack.

Also in 2015, a labour camp near Turbat was attacked by gunmen in the early morning. In which 20 labourers were killed, while three labourers were injured. All the victims were from Sindh and Punjab.
