Nepal Bus Accident: News of a major accident has come to light in Nepal. A bus carrying more than 40 Indians fell into the river. 14 people died in this accident. Also, 29 people have been rescued. According to the police office, 15 people are able to speak. The rest of the passengers are undergoing treatment. The police initially estimated that only 40 passengers were on the bus. Senior Police Captain Ravinder said that the search for the remaining passengers is ongoing. The rescued people are being sent to the hospital for treatment.

Nepal Police officials said that the bus fell into the Marsyangdi river in Tanahun district. DSP Deepkumar Roy of District Police Office Tanahun has confirmed this. He said that the bus number UP FT 7623 has fallen into the river. According to the officer, the bus was going from Pokhara to Kathmandu.

Many people are missing after the accident

Officials said that the river is also in spate due to heavy rains. There were 40 people in the bus, some of them were rescued but many are still missing. Nepal Police has said that this accident happened in Tanahun district. The bus is from Uttar Pradesh but till now it has not been known from which district of Uttar Pradesh the people on the bus went to Nepal. Along with this, the Relief Commissioner of Uttar Pradesh said that in connection with the incident in Nepal, efforts are being made to find out where the people on the bus were from. Therefore, contact is being made.
