Lucknow, 24 August (HS). The Yogi government has once again achieved a major achievement. Jamunaha development block of Shravasti district of Uttar Pradesh has achieved the overall top ranking in the quarterly (January-March 2024) Delta Ranking of the Aspirational Development Block Program announced by NITI Aayog. At the same time, Sandila of Hardoi district of the state has secured the first position in Zone 2 North India.
Jagdishpur block of Amethi district has got second place. This delta ranking has been released by NITI Aayog through its social media handle. It is known that the ranking of the blocks was calculated on the basis of their performance and progress achieved in quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs). Ranking the blocks on the basis of KPI is a main strategy of the program. At the same time, CM Yogi congratulated Jamunha of Shravasti, Sandila of Hardoi and Jagdishpur block of Amethi for their excellent performance in the delta ranking from his social media account X. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, while reviewing the annual progress of the aspirational blocks of the state last year, had given instructions to reward the development blocks securing first place in the overall delta ranking and thematic area-wise delta ranking.
–Top ranking for better performance in 40 indicators
In the Delta Ranking of Aspirational Blocks released by NITI Aayog, Jamunaha Block of Shravasti has topped the overall performance. On the other hand, Nimbahera Block of Chittorgarh, Rajasthan is in second place. This performance is the result of the efforts being made by the Yogi government to bring the aspirational blocks into the mainstream. As per the vision of Chief Minister Yogi, the government's schemes are being implemented on priority basis in all the aspirational blocks of the state. The result of which is also visible in the Delta Ranking of NITI Aayog. Shravasti District Magistrate Ajay Kumar Dwivedi said that in the Delta Ranking released by NITI Aayog, Jamunaha Block has been given the top rank for better performance in 40 indicators. This success has been achieved due to the government's schemes as well as planned efforts for socio-economic improvement in the block.

Similarly, Sandila block of Hardoi district of the state has also got the top ranking in the Delta Ranking of Zone-2 Northern India. Jagdishpur block of Amethi district has got the second position. The Yogi government has made many efforts to bring Sandila block into the mainstream, the result of which is clearly visible in the ranking of NITI Aayog. Due to the efforts of the Yogi government, many big investors have established their enterprises here in the recent past. Hardoi District Magistrate Mangala Prasad Singh said that on the instructions of CM Yogi, development projects have been implemented with full sensitivity in aspirational blocks. Amethi District Magistrate Nisha Anant said that continuous planned efforts have led to success, which is a matter of pride for the entire district.

Chief Minister Yogi has congratulated Jamunaha development block of Shravasti in the state for topping the Delta ranking of the Aspirational Development Block Program on his social media account X. Along with this, he congratulated Sandila development block of Hardoi for being number one and Jagdishpur development block of Amethi for being number 2 in the Delta ranking of Zone-2 Northern India.
