Vada Pav is called Desi Burger in the Indian version in which the tasty dish with bread bun satisfies the hunger of the people.

Know the recipe of making Vada Pav
As special as the taste of Vada Pav is, it is equally easy to make.
Material
500 gms potatoes
250 gms gram flour
1 tsp fennel seeds
a pinch or little asafoetida
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 teaspoon citric acid or tartar
1/2 tsp black salt
4-5 green chillies finely chopped
5-10 garlic cloves, finely crushed
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste
Oil for frying
Make it using this method
– First of all, boil the potatoes and mash them and prepare the mixture by adding all the spices mentioned above. – Now prepare a thick paste by adding 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon oil in gram flour. – Then make small balls of the potato mixture. If you want, you can make it completely round or slightly flat. – Heat enough oil in a pan. When the oil is heated well, dip the potato balls in the gram flour and fry them till they become crispy.
Prepare all the heads in the same way.

10-12 roasted red chillies
1 clove garlic, peeled
1/2 cup roasted and peeled peanuts
salt to taste
