Kishanganj, 19 August (HS). A case of a girl drowning in a river has come to light from Majhiya in the city. According to the information received, the girl Yashmeen is a resident of Majhiya Khikir Basti. According to the local people, the girl had a quarrel with her mother, after which in anger the girl jumped into the Ramzan river flowing nearby.
After the incident, a huge crowd gathered at the spot. After the accident, a search operation was carried out by the local people in the river but the girl was not found. After which the SDRF was informed where the search operation is being carried out by the SDRF team which reached the spot. Till the time of sending the news, the girl could not be recovered. After getting information about the incident, Nagar Parishad President Indradev Paswan, BJP District President Sushant Gop, Sanjay Paswan also reached the spot and said that this is a very sad incident and it is hoped that such a recurrence will not happen. After this incident, the family members are inconsolable.
