BJP's state general secretary and Rajya Sabha MP Amar Pal Maurya, who was the chief guest at the Bharatiya Janata Party's program on the occasion of Partition Horrors Day, paid tribute to those who lost their lives during the partition of the country on Partition Horrors Memorial Day. Amar Pal said that this day of Partition Horrors Memorial Day inspires us to eliminate the poison of discrimination, animosity and ill will. It calls for strengthening unity, social harmony and human sensibilities. The pain of India's partition cannot be forgotten.
Amar Pal Maurya said that every Indian should remember this day, a symbol of the struggle and sacrifice of the people of India. These have been the policies of the Congress, today the Waqf Board is the largest owner of Indian land in the world. The people of India will have to bear the brunt of this in the future.
