'They wanted a new court'
Referring to Sheikh Hasina leaving the country, Yunus also said, “Finally, the cruel ruler is gone.” Mohammad Yunus further said that he wants a new court. He further said about the students, “So they went there and asked the Chief Justice to resign and forced him to resign.” He said, “I am sure they will find some legal way to justify all this, because all the steps were followed legally.” His office agreed to release the excerpts only on Monday evening.
'Some people won't like your decisions'
Yunus also spoke about the interim government, saying public goodwill is a limited resource and they will face many tough decisions ahead. “The moment you start making decisions, some people will like your decisions, some people will not like your decisions,” he said.
