An accident occurred on Friday morning when a bus traveling between two cities in Turkey collided with an electric pole on the highway. Nine people died in this. At least 26 people were injured. This terrible accident happened near the city of Polatli, about 80 kilometers from the Turkish capital Ankara. The bus was going from the city of Izmir in western Turkey to the city of Agri in the east of the country. But it collided with an electric pole near the highway.
The collision was so severe that the bus was shattered into pieces. Nine tourists died on the spot. In such a situation, apart from the local people, the police and members of the relief team took the injured to the hospital. Due to this terrible accident, the highway had to be closed from one side. The reason for the accident has not been revealed yet. There is no information about the condition of the injured. It is only known that the injured have been taken to Polatli city and Ankara hospital.

The number of passengers travelling in the bus that met with the accident is not yet known. But it can be estimated that around 40 or 50 tourists must have been present. All the passengers are being taken by ambulance.
