A part of a tall hotel building has collapsed in Germany. In which two people died. Apart from this, many people are still trapped in the debris of the building. There were 14 people in the building before it collapsed in Crow. Drilling is being done from above to reach the people trapped in the debris. However, after receiving the news of the death of two people, a fleet of police and fire brigade reached the spot.
According to the fire brigade, 14 people were present in the building that collapsed in Crowe. The police of the German city of Trier announced the necessary details after going to the spot and investigating. According to the police, one man and one woman have died. Many other people are also trapped in the debris.
Talking to people trapped inside the building
After the collapse of the old high-rise building, people trapped in the debris are contacting the police over the phone. So that the authorities can know their condition. The special thing is that the roof of the hotel has collapsed. Therefore, core drills are being used from above to reach the people trapped in the debris.
Cause of the accident
Around 250 paramedics, police convoy including drone unit, rescue team, fire brigade team are working hard to rescue the people trapped at the site of the collapsed multi-storey building. The reason for the building collapse is not known. According to the city police, the lower part of the building dates back to the 17th century. While the upper two floors were constructed in 1980. Police further said that the building was under construction till Tuesday and three houses around the hotel were evacuated.
