Bangladesh: Nobel Peace Prize winner Muhammad Yunus has become the Prime Minister of the interim government of Bangladesh. President Mohammad Shahabuddin announced this. Earlier, the President had dissolved the Parliament.

The protesting students had proposed the name of Mohammad Yunus for the post of Prime Minister. With this, 84-year-old Mohammad Yunus is ready to take over the command of Bangladesh. The student protesters said that they will not accept any government other than Yunus.

With the resignation of Sheikh Hasina, thousands of arrested students were granted bail
And former Bangladesh Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia was released from jail. Thousands of youth arrested during the movement in July and August have been granted bail. About 11 thousand students were arrested during the movement.
