Case against misleading advertisement: People form their opinion about any product by watching its advertisement before buying it. That is why companies present many tempting advertisements of their products to the consumers, they advertise their products in such a way that the consumers are tempted to buy that product. Now a person has filed a case in the court against the misleading advertisement of the product. The name of that customer (and applicant) is Vaibhav Bedi.

The company introduced lucrative advertisements to increase the market of its perfume products. Vaibhav was so impressed by the advertisement that he bought the product and used it for 7 years, but he did not get the expected results as per the advertisement. So he got disappointed and filed a case against the company accusing them of fraud and mental harassment.

Girls are not attracted to the product

Vaibhav said, 'I was very impressed with the features mentioned in the advertisement of the product. The advertisement showed that by using this product, girls will get attracted just by its fragrance. I used the product for about 7 years, but to no avail. That is why I have applied to the court to get justice.'

This matter is being discussed a lot on social media. A user wrote in the post, “I thank God that someone started fighting against this kind of advertising.” I have been using this product for the last 10 years. Only the fragrance is good! Let us tell you that the central government has passed a law against misleading advertisements and implemented it. Under this Act, if someone deceives consumers by presenting misleading advertisements, he can be punished or fined.
