You have insulted me.” A few days after this incident, the king's condition became so bad that he had to leave his kingdom and go to another kingdom for employment. He was also accused of theft. One day, the king was passing through a forest. Nal saw the same old woman in his dream and fell at her feet and asked for forgiveness and said, “Mother, I have made a mistake, please forgive me.” I will worship Dashamata along with my wife.
The old lady forgave them and told them how to worship Dashamata. When the Dashami date of Krishna Paksha of Chaitra month came, the king and queen worshipped Dashamata to the best of their ability and tied the thread of Dashamata around their neck.
