Saharsa, August 3 (HS). In a meeting held on Saturday under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Vaibhav Chaudhary, a detailed review of the updated implementation status of the under-construction National Highway 107 and 327 E was done and appropriate guidelines were given. During the review, the representative related to the implementation of NH 107 project gave information regarding the disruption of work due to obstruction in the 1300 meter stretch of Mauja Chainpur, Mauja Parri, Mauja Bangaon.
The District Land Acquisition Officer informed that after evaluating the structure in the above mentioned mouza, the estimate has been sent to the Project Director, Begusarai for approval, the approval is yet to be received. Accordingly, the concerned Project Director has been directed to approve the estimate immediately and provide the relevant report to the District Land Acquisition Office so that necessary action may be taken towards proper resolution of the problem.
Information was given regarding the disruption of work in Balthi Mauja under Simri Bakhtiyarpur. District Land Acquisition Officer informed in this regard that a report has been received today from the Circle Officer, Simri Bakhtiyarpur. Necessary action will be taken on the basis of the report received and action will be taken immediately to remove the disruption in the smooth implementation of the project. During the review, information was given regarding disruption in Balhi Mauja as well. District Land Acquisition Officer informed in this regard that earlier, in the process of removing the disruption reflected through the deputed magistrate and police force, some concerned peasants had agreed to remove the structure themselves, but they have worked partially in this direction.
