When was the gang order imposed?

What is controversial is that
That in March, the US imposed a gang order. In which the prosecutors expressed concern about Trump's habit of attacking people associated with his affairs. However, Trump has denied any wrongdoing in this case. It is worth noting that this was the first time in the history of America that a President was prosecuted for any crime. This case is of 2006. In which he tried to silence the porn star by paying money.
