Adverse entry to Chief Medical Officer for negligence in work

Mirzapur 24 July (HS). Under the chairmanship of Commissioner Vindhyachal Division Dr. Muthukumar Swami B., a divisional pension court was organized in the Commissioner's auditorium on Wednesday to settle the cases related to the retirement claims of retired employees. The Commissioner expressed anger at the cases of Chief Medical Officer Mirzapur and directed the CMO to mark adverse entries. He heard a total of 45 claims related to pension settlement. In this, 18 cases were settled on the spot, and instructions were given to settle the remaining 27 cases within a month.

The Divisional Commissioner directed all the heads of the offices of the division to promptly dispose of the retirement benefits of the retired personnel under them in a quality manner as per the rules. Along with this, the concerned disbursing officers were instructed to personally examine the file in the upcoming pension court, settle the case as per the rules and be present in the meeting. He also directed to stop the salary of the Chief Medical Officer Mirzapur and his desk assistant and the medical officers in charge of CHC and PHC related to the case along with the desk assistants for the month of July. The Commissioner directed for clarification of the officer in charge (pay), Collectorate Sonbhadra and suspension of the concerned employee for not settling the pending case in the pension court, marking adverse entry against the then officer in charge (bills) office of District Magistrate Bhadohi and stopping the salary of the concerned desk assistant and District School Inspector, Mirzapur for being absent in the pension court.
