A mother of two children living in Bhagkohliya ward number five of Forbesganj police station area has accused a youth of the Panchayat of sexually exploiting her for five years on the pretext of marriage. She has also accused the accused youth of taking one lakh twenty thousand rupees in the name of building a house.
In an application given to the Forbisganj police station in-charge, the victim told that she was married 10 years ago in Chhatapur Giddharpatti village of Supaul. After the marriage, she has a son and a daughter. In the application, she told that in the same sequence, she fell in love with Mohammed Sahwan, 31 years old son of Mohammed Zakir, resident of ward number 2 of Bhagkohliya Panchayat, and accused him of sexually exploiting her for five years by giving her the false promise of marrying her after building a house. Accusing her of getting an abortion by giving her medicine when she became pregnant, she said that she had given one lakh and twenty thousand rupees to the accused youth for building a house.
Two months ago, after getting information that the accused youth's marriage was fixed elsewhere, when the accused youth put pressure on him to marry, his father Mohd. Zakir and uncle Mohd. Zaheer have been accused of abusing and assaulting her. Talking about uncle Mohd. Zaheer being a professional criminal, the victim said that he threatened her.
Regarding the matter, Farubiganj police station in-charge Raghvendra Kumar Singh said on Wednesday that the victim had given an application and said that action will be taken after investigation.
