Kushinagar, 24 July (HS). Two buses full of pilgrims left from Kasya on Wednesday morning for the Braj region tour under the aegis of International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON). Municipality President Representative Rakesh Jaiswal flagged off the bus passengers. Many people including the representative attended and wished for the success of the tour. Before this, a Sankirtan Yatra was taken out in the city. The city echoed with the chants of Hare Rama Hare Krishna. During the fourth eight-day annual yatra, devotees will also visit Haridwar and Rishikesh.

Regarding this Parikrama, it is told in Varah Purana that there are 66 billion pilgrimages on earth and all of them come and reside in Braj during Chaturmas.
