The police entered the house and registered a report under various sections including rape and arrested the accused and sent him to jail. The police filed a chargesheet against the accused in the court, whose trial was going on in the POCSO court.
Government advocate Brijraj Singh Rajput said that the hearing was completed on Thursday. On the basis of arguments of the lawyers of both the sides, statements of witnesses and evidence, Special Judge of POCSO Court Mohammad Qamar found Rahul guilty and sentenced him to eight years of imprisonment and imposed a fine of 28 thousand rupees.
