Chittorgarh, July 17 (HS). Nimbahera police station has exposed a gang that used to get agricultural land registered fraudulently by creating a dummy owner in Nimbahera district. Police have arrested four accused including the main gang leader in the case. The accused use a forged document to create a dummy owner in place of the land owner and sell the land and get it registered fraudulently. The arrest of three accused including two women is pending in the case.
Superintendent of Police Sudhir Joshi said that Bhairulal Rawat, a resident of Sagwadia, gave a report at the police station Nimbahera. It stated that he, his brother Ruplal, sister Chandabai and mother Lalibai have khatedari agricultural land included in Sagwadia. Everyone has equal share in it. Out of the land of the rightful share of all the above, the land of the rightful share of Ruplal and Chandabai was sold by unknown accused on 01 May 2024 to the buyer Bahadur Singh son Mohanlal Rawat resident of Satkhanda by making fake documents and got it registered. At the same time, the land of the rightful share of Bhairulal and Lalibai was sold by unknown accused on 09 May to Bahadur Singh son Mohanlal Rawat resident of Satkhanda by making fake documents and got it registered, whereas the applicant had never sold the land. Accused Bahadur Singh Rawat got the said land registered in the name of Rishiraj Singh son Manohar Singh Rajput resident of Ghatiyawali Ghatiyawali district Ajmer. When Bhairulal took out the account copy to take KCC loan, he came to know about the above conspiracy. On the report of the applicant, the police registered a case of fraud and started investigation. In this case, the police of Kotwali Nimbahera police station had arrested the accused Rajendra Singh Nayak on July 02 itself. Now the accused Lakhan Nayak, Ramlal Nayak, Ganeshlal Regar and Nanusingh Rawat, who are residents of Chittorgarh district, have been arrested. Among the arrested accused, Nanusingh Rawat was their gang leader and was wanted in other cases of similar fake registration in Kotwali Nimbahera. Now Mahendra Nayak, Mangibai Kanjar, Anchhibai are being searched in this case.
