Baghpat, July 16 (HS). The surveillance team has recovered 51 lost mobile phones from different states and returned them to their real owners. Their value is said to be Rs 20 lakh.
After a month of hard work, the surveillance team has recovered all the mobiles lost in the district in the last one and a half years. The surveillance team was trying to recover all the mobiles for the last one month. Mobiles operated in Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan and other states have also been recovered. The people whose phones were recovered were called on Tuesday and their mobiles were returned.
Superintendent of Police Arpit Vijayvargiya said that 51 mobiles have been recovered which cost around Rs 20 lakh. These phones were being used in different states and have been recovered by the surveillance team. Complaints of these phones being lost were registered in the respective police stations of the districts. The owners have expressed their gratitude to the police after getting their lost mobiles back.
