Deputy Commissioner of Police West Vijay Dhul said that the official Facebook page of CSJMU was hacked by cyber criminals. In this regard, the Kanpur Crime Branch team was informed by the university administration on April 19, 2024 that the Facebook page of the university has been hacked. After the information, the cyber cell was instructed to take immediate action for disclosure. However, after about two months, the cyber cell got success. The police team freed the Facebook page of the university from cyber criminals on Tuesday.
