BSF arrested three Bangladeshi intruders

Kishanganj, 15 July (HS). Despite the fencing on the India-Bangladesh border, Bangladeshi intruders are continuously trying to infiltrate into India illegally. In this sequence, on Monday early morning, BSF jawans arrested three Bangladeshi intruders who were illegally entering the Bangladesh border from the Indian border.

Vigilant soldiers of BOP Borra of 72nd Battalion BSF under Kishanganj sector arrested the three when they were trying to enter Bangladesh from the Indian border. When the arrested people were interrogated, all three turned out to be Bangladeshi citizens. Recently BSF had also killed a smuggler on the border. Despite this, there is no stop to the incidents of infiltration.

BSF Inspector General Suryakant Sharma issued a press release on Monday and said that the three intruders have been identified as Robiul, son of Abdul Rahim, village-Dhukuriya, police station-Haripur, district-Thakurgaon (Bangladesh), Md. Farid, son of Akbar Ali, village-Amgaonjamun, police station-Haripur, district-Thakurgaon, Bangladesh and Md. Samuel, son of Md. Shah Jamal, village-Amjagaon Khanpur, police station-Haripur, district-Thakurgaon, Bangladesh.

50 bottles of Phensedyl worth Rs 10,274, personal belongings worth Rs 1,617 and Indian currency worth Rs 8,007 have been recovered from the arrested intruders. The arrested Bangladeshis have been handed over to the nearby Karan Dighi police station
