The district administration has taken a big action against Shaukat Pehelwan, who is said to be the business partner of Samajwadi Party MLA Irfan Solanki, who is in jail in the arson case. Shaukat Pehelwan's property worth about 78 lakhs has been confiscated under the Gangster Act. Along with this, the police has also taken action of confiscation against three accused of cow slaughter.

Joint Police Commissioner Harish Chander said on Saturday that seizure action has been taken against four accused living in Araul, Chaubepur, Maharajpur and Civil Lines. The biggest action has been taken against Shaukat Pehlwan, who is accused in many cases along with the SP MLA and his partner. Under the Gangster Act, property worth more than Rs 78 lakh has been seized from Shaukat Pehlwan. Gangster Act action was taken against Shaukat Pehlwan along with Irfan Solanki in January. Shaukat has a property in Civil Lines, which is worth Rs 78 lakh 18 thousand 247. At the same time, Araul police has seized the container of Mohammad Sahil, originally a resident of Khasbara in Kanpur countryside.

Action was taken against Sahil under the Animal Cruelty Act in January 2024. At the same time, action was taken against Naushad Alam, a resident of Phulwari Sharif Bihar, under the Animal Cruelty Act at Chaubepur police station. A truck has been confiscated in this case. A case was registered against Mumtaz, a resident of Hiraman's Purwa Beconganj, under the Animal Cruelty Act at Maharajpur police station in January, one of her scooties has been confiscated.
