Kaushambi, July 13 (HS). A bulldozer (JCB) operator of Charwa police station area has complained to the DM accusing the circle officer and the mining officer of harassment. The victim cried in front of District Magistrate Madhusudan and sought justice by saying that he was unable to pay the monthly installment of one lakh rupees for the bulldozer. After listening to the complaint of the victim, the mining officer has summoned the file related to the victim.
Raju son of Nokhe Lal lives in Kalapat village of Charwa. Raju bought a bulldozer (JCB) a year ago. According to Raju, a bulldozer operator of the area had a grudge against him on his purchase of the bulldozer. As part of a conspiracy, a month ago he falsely accused him of illegal mining of soil from the pond and in connivance with Circle Officer Chayal got his bulldozer seized in a fake case. Charwa police station confiscated his bulldozer from his house and brought it to the police station.
On 24th June, the victim Raju brought the order of the district court to the police to release the bulldozer. Despite this, the police refused to release the bulldozer on the orders of the circle officer. On 28th June, the mining officer seized the bulldozer which was in the custody of the police station under a well-planned conspiracy. The reason for seizure was shown as illegal mining of soil. Whereas the victim showed the bulldozer to the officer along with the location of the GPS system.
The victim appeared before DM Madhusudan on Saturday. Raju cried and pleaded before the DM to free his bulldozer from the action of the police station and the mining officer. The victim said, DM sahab, my bulldozer is in custody, so I have not been able to pay the installment for the month of May. The burden of debt on me is increasing.
DM Madhusudan tried to talk to the concerned police station in-charge and circle officer after listening to the victim in the case. But their phone could not be reached. After this, the DM summoned the mining officer with the file related to the case. He assured the victim of investigation proceedings. The victim has expressed confidence of getting justice on the assurance of the DM.
