The High Court granted divorce to the husband and wife by dissolving their marriage on giving them three crore rupees and a flat in Noida

Prayagraj, 09 July (HS). Allahabad High Court has dissolved the marriage between a husband and wife who were living separately due to a long-standing dispute and granted divorce. The court said that the husband will give his wife a flat in Noida and a lump sum amount of Rs 3 crore. The amount will be paid in six weeks.

The court has also cancelled the order of the Family Court, Gautam Buddha Nagar, refusing to grant divorce on 17 September 2017. This order has been given by the division bench of Chief Justice Arun Bhasali and Justice Vikas Budhwar while accepting the first appeal of Vipin Kumar Jaiswal.

Vipin Kumar Jaiswal was married to Manisha on 6 December 1994 in Farrukhabad. They had two children from this marriage which took place 30 years ago. In 1999, the company owner husband bought a flat in Noida in the name of his wife. After the death of his father, the wife started living with her mother along with the children. In 2007, due to physical fights, the wife threw the husband out of the Noida flat. Several cases were registered in this regard. Domestic violence and divorce cases were registered.

The family court refused to grant divorce on the ground of wife living separately which was challenged in the High Court. To get rid of his wife, the husband agreed to give a lump sum amount of Rs. 3 crores and a flat in Noida and the court settled the case. After the court order, the marital relationship of both of them ended and they parted ways.
