Lucknow, 03 July (HS). On Wednesday, the waiting selected candidates of TGT 2016 and 2021 met Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Director Dr. Mahendra Dev and put forth their demands. Among the candidates, Vijay Kumar Mishra, Krishna Tiwari, Sunil Singh have demanded second counseling from the director.
Candidates said that like TGT 2016 Arts subject, counselling should be done for all subjects except Hindi in TGT 2021. A final circular should be issued to get the list verified by the District School Inspectors. By sending a proposal for the second counselling to the government, permission should be taken from the government and the schedule for the second counselling should be issued.
On the demand of the candidates, Director Dr. Mahendra Dev forwarded the demand letter to Additional Director Surendra Tiwari. Additional Director Surendra has assured the candidates that some conclusion will be reached in this matter soon. The candidates remained in the Directorate from 11 am. It was possible to meet the Additional Director only late in the evening.
