Jaunpur, June 28 (HS). During a surprise inspection in the district today, more than a hundred teachers were found absent. Their salary has been blocked and an explanation has been sought.
On Friday, in continuation of the guidelines given by Chief Development Officer Sai Teja Seelam in the meeting of District Level Task Force/District Education and Monitoring Committee, a surprise inspection of 1368 schools was done by all the Block Education Officers, DIET spokespersons, District Coordinators, SRG and ARP working in the district.
In the surprise inspection, 04 headmasters, 51 assistant teachers, 39 Shikshamitras, 8 instructors and 2 attendants were found absent. In this case, the Chief Development Officer has blocked the salary of all the personnel found absent on the date of inspection and has sought an explanation.
