Araria, June 28 (HS). The doctors of the hospital demanded action against the culprits on the basis of CCTV footage after the ruckus created by the relatives and misbehavior with the doctors after the death of the patient late last night in Forbesganj subdivisional hospital. The doctors have also accused the administration of not getting proper cooperation and have demanded action on the basis of CCTV footage within 24 hours. If no action is taken, the doctors have threatened to leave their duty from the subdivisional hospital and contribute to the district and said that the administration will be responsible for this.
Deputy Superintendent of Forbesganj Sub-Divisional Hospital, Dr. K. N. Singh said that a meeting has been held regarding the incident of the night in which further strategy on this incident was discussed.
It is worth mentioning that after the death of two patients together late on Thursday night, due to the uproar in the hospital premises, emergency services were disrupted throughout the night, due to which other patients and their relatives were troubled. The doctors of the hospital said that the entire incident of the night was captured in the CCTV cameras installed in the hospital, on the basis of which action was demanded against the culprits.
It is noteworthy that 18-year-old daughter of late Jai Prakash Yadav, resident of ward number 6 of Mirdoul Panchayat of Narpatganj block and student of class IX of high school, Reema Kumari, who was bitten by a snake, died due to lack of proper treatment. On the other hand, 83-year-old Mohammad Umar Hussain, resident of ward number 13 of Chaura Parwaha village of Bhagkohliya Panchayat was brought to the hospital in critical condition. Where the on-duty doctor declared the elderly dead during health check-up, on which the family members created a ruckus at night.
