Congress delegation met the family of deceased student Sanjana Kushwaha and gave financial help

Jhansi, 25 June (HS). Taking cognizance of the continuous suicide incidents in Uttar Pradesh, on the instructions of the State President of the Congress Committee Ajay Rai, cognizance was taken of the suicide committed by student Sanjana Kushwaha in Jhansi due to non-receipt of scholarship. To get information about the incident and the actual situation in this case, a delegation of Congress met the victim's family on Tuesday under the leadership of former Union Minister Pradeep Jain Aditya.

The delegation that reached the house of the victim's family consoled the father Kalka Kushwaha. The Congress party provided financial help of Rs. 50,000 for the education of Sanjana Kushwaha's younger sister and brother. On this occasion, former Union Minister Pradeep Jain Aditya said that daughter Sanjana Kushwaha's suicide happened due to not getting scholarship, in view of this, Congress will run a campaign against the faulty attitude of the government system in scholarship, in which action will be demanded against the culprits, so that such incident does not recur.

State Secretary Maniram Kushwaha said that this suicide happened due to the negligence of the government machinery due to which we lost a promising student. There should be an impartial investigation of this incident and strict action should be taken against the culprits. District President Yogendra Singh Paricha, former District Panchayat President Rajiv Richaria, Raghuraj Sharma, Balwan Singh Yadav, Manish Dubey, Prakash Kushwaha, Braj Kishori Yadav, Sunil Richaria, Jagmohan Mishra, Amir Chand Arya, Rais Uddin Qazi inquired the police about the actual situation from the victim's family.
