Nawada, June 25 (HS). A young man died after being hit by an unknown speeding vehicle in Nawada on Tuesday. On receiving the news of the death, the family of the deceased was in a state of panic. The police reached the spot and sent the body to Sadar Hospital for postmortem. After the incident, the angry villagers blocked the road, which was removed by the policemen after careful persuasion.
The whole incident is from near Barev village of Akbarpur block. Where the deceased youth has been identified as Kumar Kartikeya, son of Ramkhelavan Prasad, a resident of Bigha Mohalla of Mirzapur. It is being told that the deceased was returning from college. Meanwhile, he was going towards Barev village for some work. Then he came under the grip of an unknown speeding vehicle. Where the youth died on the spot.
Regarding the incident, JDU leader Vinay Yadav said that the father of the deceased youth is a Home Guard Jawan. The deceased youth was the youngest son of the family. After the death, the family of the deceased is inconsolable. On hearing the news of the death, the health of the deceased's father deteriorated. There is mourning in the entire village. On this entire matter, Nemdarganj police station in-charge Rajiv Kumar said that as soon as the information about the incident was received, the youth was picked up from the spot and admitted to the hospital. Where he has been declared dead by the doctor.
The deceased youth is a resident of Bigha Mohalla of Mirzapur area of Nagar police station area. Vinay Yadav said that road accidents have increased a lot these days. We demand from the District Magistrate that an inquiry be conducted in this matter. The flaws should be removed after investigating it once. We also demand action against the negligent people. Lights do not work anywhere at night. It was found out through newspapers that iron pipes have been left on the bridge at many places. This is inviting a big accident right now.
