Sheshdhar Dwivedi

Prayagraj, June 23 (HS). Today's time has changed a lot, according to that all of us teachers also need to bring changes in ourselves. In the present generation, the work of the teacher is not only traditional based teaching and knowledge, but today's teacher has to deal with the net generation which is equipped with knowledge and skills related to information communication, collaboration. Teachers need to know the students and their mindset.

The above thoughts were expressed by Vidya Bharati Eastern UP State Inspector Sheshdhar Dwivedi as the keynote speaker in the newly selected Acharya training class at Jwala Devi Saraswati Vidya Mandir Inter College Civil Lines on Sunday. Addressing everyone, he said that although in the 21st century era, the image of a teacher has changed from traditional to transformative teaching. Now we know that the work of the 21st century is based on the skill movement and every teacher and student needs these skills to be an effective pedagogue and a participant in the new global (economy) provision. Teachers of the 21st century have a very big role as a better teacher or learner in a new global society.

The role of a teacher is important in nation building. A 'robotics teacher' has started being used in a school in Kerala. He said that we have to update and upgrade ourselves, otherwise these robots will replace us.
