Vendor's body found in Junior Railway Institute

Jhansi, June 18 (HS). Sensation spread when the body of a pantry car vendor was found in Junior Railway Institute situated in Navabad police station area. On receiving the information on Tuesday, police reached the spot and took the body in their custody and started the proceedings.

28-year-old Abhishek Tiwari, a resident of Kanshiram Colony, used to work as a vender in the pantry car of trains. Mother Madhuri Tiwari said that son Abhishek had left home on 16 June saying that he was going to work. On Monday afternoon, he called and said that he was in Kanpur and would be home by evening. After this, there was no call from him. On Tuesday morning, a call came on his daughter's mobile that Abhishek's body was lying in the Junior Institute of Railways. On this information, the police and family members reached the spot.

Navabad in-charge inspector Shailendra Singh said that prima facie the cause of death of vendor Abhishek seems to be due to heat wave. No injury marks have been found on the body of the deceased. To know the truth of the incident, the police has filled the Panchayat Nama of the body and sent it for postmortem. The real cause of death will be clear only after the postmortem report comes.

Teen dies after being crushed by car

Yesterday, a teenager was injured after being run over by a car while begging at Chitra crossing in the district. The police admitted him to the hospital. He died during treatment on Tuesday.
