Prayagraj, June 16 (HS). Chaudhary Naunihal Singh Club defeated Phaphamau Club by six wickets and won the title of the 16th Niyaz Hasan T20 Cashmoney Cricket Competition.
In the title match played on Sunday at Khelagaon Public School ground, Phaphamau Club made 148 runs in 18 overs (Anuj Singh Parihar 50, Saurabh Tripathi 21, Vipin Chandra and Divya Prakash 19-19, Krishna Yadav 3-13, Shubham Sharma 3-19, Kuldeep Mishra 3-35). In reply, Chaudhary Naunihal Club made 149 runs for 4 wickets in 16.2 overs (Shivakant Shukla 62, Abhishek Yadav 35, Brijendra Tripathi 22, Priyanshu Yadav, Ashwani Dubey and Dhruv Pratap Singh took one wicket each). Shishir Mehrotra and Ankit Tiwari were the umpires and Khurshid Ahmed was the scorer in the match.
Chief guest Dr. UK Mishra, Director of Khelagaon Public School, gave trophy and cash prize to the winning team, special guest Tahir Hasan, Director of UPCA and ACA, gave trophy and cash prize to the runner-up team.
