Many of these visitors are also disabled people, keeping this in mind, Krishna Kumari Nigam has made four wheel chairs available to Kanpur Zoo on Thursday. In such a situation, now disabled visitors will also be able to visit the zoo easily.
Director of Kanpur Zoo Krishna Kumar Singh said that these days schools are on vacation, due to which the number of visitors to the zoo is constantly increasing. The zoo administration is making every possible effort to provide all possible facilities to the visitors. Fans, coolers and cold drinking water are constantly available at the designated places. Social workers are also helping in providing facilities to the visitors.
In this connection, today Krishna Kumari Nigam, a resident of Sharda Nagar, has provided four wheel chairs on the second death anniversary of her husband B.B. Nigam. This will help the disabled people to enjoy the zoo. Although such arrangements are made by the zoo, but with such support given by the society, the zoo administration will provide better facilities to the disabled visitors. During this, B.B. Nigam's son Brijesh Nigam, Brijendra Nigam, in-charge veterinary officer Dr. Anurag Singh, regional forest officer Mahesh Kumar Tiwari and Naved Ikram, PRO Vishwajeet Singh Tomar etc. were present.
