The research institute of Purvanchal University will be known in the world: Vice Chancellor

Jaunpur, 07 June (HS). Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University's Finance Officer Sanjay Rai while talking to Hindustan Samachar representative on Friday said that almost all the institutes are teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in new branches of science. Therefore we have to do something new. In view of this, preparations have been intensified to build a new research building in Purvanchal campus, leaving Rajju Bhaiya Institute. This building will be built at a cost of about 20 crores.

The Vice Chancellor of Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University is constantly trying to provide better education to the students in the campus. In the same sequence, the university will spend the 20 crore rupees received from PM Usha and some money from its own funds to construct a new research building in the campus. Which will have high level research facilities. The money received from PM Usha will be spent on research and student facilities. This will help a lot in improving the infrastructure and meeting the needs of research. This budget has been approved as a Multi Disciplinary Education and Research University under PM Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan.

Vice Chancellor Prof. Vandana Singh said that the university has assured the scientists to provide all possible facilities for the establishment of the center. She said that with the establishment of this center, students and faculty will get extensive experience in the field of research. Which they will be able to use in the form of higher research. In which scientists and students can get better research facilities and Purvanchal University can wave its flag at a higher level.

The finance officer said that after receiving the letter from the centre regarding this grant, the process of spending on the items decided in the university will start. Due to this, the general students will get better facilities in every department in the university. At the same time, preparations for building new buildings for research have been expedited. In which facilities like modern labs etc. will be available along with equipment. Works like infrastructural development, maintenance of buildings, purchase of research equipment, setting up of research centres, development of every department with a view to technical development activities will be done with this amount.
