Prayagraj, June 05 (HS). Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Allahabad has achieved another milestone by securing a place in the overall category in the QS World University Rankings 2025. The institute has secured 1401st rank in the world and 46th rank in the country.
Giving this information, Dr. Shivram Dubey, Faculty Incharge of Institute Ranking, said on Wednesday that in the QS World Wide Ranking 2025, Prayagraj's Triple IT is the only one among all the Triple ITs in the country that has achieved this position. Whereas in the global rank, it has got 1401st position. It is important that the institute with only four departments has achieved this ranking in the overall category.
Director Prof. Mukul Sharad Sutovane appreciated the achievement of the institute in achieving QS World Ranking and congratulated the entire institute for achieving this feat. He said that the institute is now getting well recognized on the international map. Due to which students will get the benefit of doing more research.
Triple IT PRO Dr. Pankaj Mishra said that during this time, Acting Registrar Dr. Satish Kumar Singh congratulated the teaching fraternity for achieving world ranking through academic and research achievements.
