Araria, 05 June (HS). Aastha Kiran, daughter of Forbesganj, succeeded in the NEET exam in her third attempt. Aastha Kiran, daughter of teacher Om Prakash Lal Das, resident of Forbesganj block, got 4565th rank in the general category by scoring 677 marks.
Aastha had secured first position in the district by scoring 95 percent marks in the matriculation examination in 2018 from Rani Saraswati Vidya Mandir of Forbesganj city. In the year 2020, she passed the 12th examination with 85 percent marks from Forbesganj College. Aastha Kiran, a student who passed the NEET UG exam, lives with her mother in the Teacher Colony of Forbesganj city.
Aastha's mother Usha Das is a housewife. Aastha is the youngest of three sisters and one brother. Aastha's eldest sister Arpita Ranjan is a housewife, brother Satya Prakash Verma is a software engineer and sister Shailishree is a housewife. While father Late Omprakash Lal Das died in the year 2021 while suffering from Covid.
Aastha Kiran said in a conversation with Hindustan News that she was confident that she would be successful in the NEET exam for medical. Aastha says that her priority is to become a better doctor and serve the poor and the helpless in the society. Aastha said that the main reason behind her success was studying the related subjects in a systematic manner and the guidance of expert teachers and the suggestions and expectations of parents.
Mother Usha Das could not control her happiness due to her daughter's success in the third attempt. She said that her daughter's good marks have fulfilled our and her father's expectations.
