BJP captures Phulpur seat after a struggle | Live Updates, Unveiling the Latest India News Trends

Prayagraj, 04 June (HS). After a lot of struggle from Phulpur Lok Sabha seat, BJP candidate Praveen Patel was finally declared victorious by 4,332 votes during the counting of 34 rounds. There was a wave of happiness among the workers and they took out a procession to celebrate.

During the counting of votes which started this morning, there was a close contest between BJP's Praveen Patel and Indi alliance candidate Amarnath Singh Maurya. Sometimes Indi and sometimes BJP kept going ahead. Due to which there was a lot of confusion among the people. On the other hand, after Ujjwal Raman Singh's victory, Indi alliance felt that they will win the Phulpur seat as well. But after Praveen Patel's continuous lead, it was reported that he had won. Due to which SP workers created a ruckus. Finally, after 34 rounds of counting, Praveen Patel was declared the winner by 4,332 votes and was welcomed by garlanding him. BJP workers were immersed in celebration.

During this, in a total of 34 rounds of counting, Amarnath Singh Maurya of the Indy alliance got 4,48,268 votes and BJP candidate Praveen Patel got 4,52,600 votes. Thus Praveen Patel was declared the winner by a total of 4,332 votes. Meanwhile, Jagannath Pal from BSP remained at the third position by getting 82,586 votes.
