Lucknow: Dr. Sunil Pandey, a resident of Indira Nagar, Lucknow, became a unique case there. According to Inspector Vikas Rai of Ghazipur police station, the arrested thief is Kapil Kashyap, a resident of Musaddipur. He entered Sunil Pandey's house after seeing it closed. He filled two sacks with inverter battery, geyser and utensils and other items. After filling the sacks, he smoked a cigarette there and went to sleep. In the morning, when the neighbors saw the lock broken, they informed the doctor. The doctor informed the police control room about this.
The neighbours also reached the house along with the police and the doctor. They found Kapil lying there. They arrested him. All the belongings have been confiscated from him. The ACP said that six cases of theft are registered against Kapil. He was released from jail a few months ago in a theft case.
