Ayodhya, June 3 (HS). Finally, people's wait for the election results is going to end. Counting of votes for Faizabad Lok Sabha constituency is going to start in Ayodhya on Tuesday. The district administration has completed preparations for the counting of votes. Counting of votes will start at 8 am in the Government Inter College. First of all, the postal ballots will be counted. Before this, the workers will be told their tables. 14 tables have been set up assembly wise for counting of votes.
Counting of votes will be done under CCTV surveillance. Instructions have been given to take strict action against those who create disturbance in it. District Election Officer Nitish Kumar and IG Range Praveen Kumar did a final inspection of the counting place on Monday and reviewed the preparations. The counting of votes will decide the fate of 13 candidates contesting from Faizabad Lok Sabha seat. This will be the first election after the Praan Pratishtha of Shri Ram Lalla in Ayodhya when the people of Ayodhya have elected their MP, now only the winning candidate has to be announced after the counting of votes.
In this, BJP's Lallu Singh and Indy alliance's SP candidate Awadhesh Prasad are face to face. Counting of votes will be done in 29 rounds in Ayodhya assembly, 30 rounds each in Bikapur and Milkipur, 27 rounds in Rudauli and 32 rounds in Gosaiganj. 11 lakh 39 thousand 822 voters have exercised their franchise in the Lok Sabha constituency.
Now when the results come, it remains to be seen whether the lotus will bloom in Ayodhya for the third time or the cycle reaches the House. The movement of all types of vehicles towards the counting place GIC ground has been banned. Strict security arrangements have been made inside and outside the GIC ground.
