Om Prakash Rajbhar along with his family cast his vote in Rasra

Mau, 01 June (HS). In the last phase, the Ghosi Lok Sabha seat is going to polls. Voting is being held on 13 seats in UP, out of which Ghosi Lok Sabha seat is considered very important because Arvind Rajbhar, son of Subhaspa national president Omprakash Rajbhar, is contesting from here. There are a total of 2083928 voters in Ghosi Lok Sabha seat, out of which 10,000 are voters.

There are 980302 women voters and the number of third gender voters on this seat is 75. The number of polling stations on Ghosi Lok Sabha seat is 2125 while a total of 28 candidates are trying their luck in the fray.

Voting started on time in Ghosi Lok Sabha seat on Saturday, the day of the last phase of voting. Uttar Pradesh Cabinet Minister and Subhaspa chief Om Prakash Rajbhar along with his entire family voted at his booth Miranganj in Rasra.

There is a direct contest between NDA and Indi alliance on Ghosi Lok Sabha seat. NDA has given this seat to Om Prakash Rajbhar's Subhaspa, while SP is contesting on this seat from Indi alliance. BSP is also contesting strongly on this seat. Dr. Arvind Rajbhar from NDA, Rajiv Rai from India alliance and Balkrishna Chauhan from BSP are in the fray.

After casting his vote, NDA candidate Dr Arvind Rajbhar while talking to media said that I have talked to Modi Ji about the development of Ghosi, Ghosi Lok Sabha constituency has lagged behind, so Modi Ji assured that if you win, then 20 years of development will take place in Ghosi in these 5 years and Ghosi will join the pace of development of the country.

Voting has started in Ghosi Lok Sabha seat and as soon as voting started, allegations and counter-allegations have also started. SP candidate of Indi alliance Rajiv Rai, while accusing EVMs of malfunctioning after the voting started, said that the name of Ghosi Lok Sabha should come in the Guinness Book of Records because so many EVMs are malfunctioning here. EVMs should be replaced within 5 minutes after malfunctioning, but till now voting is disrupted at many places, the faulty EVMs are not being replaced and they have also complained about this to the DM and SDM, but no cognizance is being taken of it.

It goes on to say that the Ghosi Lok Sabha seat is considered to be a close contest between the NDA and the India Alliance. In such a situation, the allegations of EVM malfunctioning by the India Alliance candidate Rajiv Rai are sure to cause a stir in the politics here.
