Consumers are facing inconvenience and anger due to non-availability of regular CNG on Prayagraj Rewa National Highway

Prayagraj, May 30 (HS). Thousands of CNG vehicles ply on National Highway 30 Rewan Road in Prayagraj district till Chauktha Border (Chakghat) on the border of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh every day. But there is not a single CNG pump from Prayagraj to Chauktha Border (Chakghat) where availability of CNG is ensured to consumers on a regular basis.

BJP District Media Incharge Dilip Chaturvedi has said that though CNG facilities are available at Leprosy Square Naini, Dadupur, Reliance Pump etc., but due to non-availability of regular CNG vehicles at these pumps, the complaint of low pressure is often seen. CNG facility is also available at CNG Reliance Pump Dadupur Ghurpur Overbridge, but customers are harassed daily on the pretext of no electricity for hours.

Rajiv Mishra, a resident of Khiri Koraon, waited with his auto from 4 pm to 8 pm but till then CNG was not available at Reliance Pump Dadupur. When the pump officials were asked, they refused to speak in front of the camera. But verbally told that the company has not yet provided generator facility for CNG. Due to which consumers have to face a lot of inconvenience. We are all employees, what can we do about this.

The negligence of responsible officials of Prayagraj and the non-availability of CNG despite the ever-increasing number of CNG vehicles is a sign of gross negligence and ignorance of the interests of consumers. CNG consumers Dilip Kumar Chaturvedi, Vikas Chandra Shukla Naribari etc. have also demanded the availability of CNG by keeping in mind the interests of consumers along with proper action by getting it investigated by responsible higher officials.
