Firozabad, May 28 (HS). A woman going home with her son in Khairgarh police station area was shot and injured in a family dispute. It is alleged that the woman's son-in-law shot her. The woman has been admitted to the hospital for treatment. The police have started investigating the case.
Indravati (55), resident of Kondar in Thana Fariha area, was going home from Firozabad with her son. Near Kalupura, bike riders coming from behind shot Indravati. She got injured after being shot in the hand. Many people gathered there. The son brought his mother to the district hospital for treatment. The son alleges that his mother had lent one lakh rupees to his uncle's son-in-law 2 years ago. He lives in Gundau in Thana Linepar area. The mother did not tell anything about the money. When the son asked the mother for money for some work, she told him that the son-in-law had borrowed it from her. The son told that he had come to take the money on Monday as well. Then he was told to come and take the money on Tuesday. Indravati had gone to Gundau with her son to get the money on Tuesday. The woman's son told that their relatives abused them. The mother and son started coming home from there on a bike. The son says that the accused came chasing them. They shot at the mother. After shooting the accused fled.
In this regard, Additional Superintendent of Police (Rural) Ran Vijay Singh said that a woman has been shot. Investigation has revealed that the matter is of a family dispute. The woman and her son are being questioned. Also, a police team has been formed to search for the people who are accused. The woman has been shot in the hand. She has been admitted to the hospital. Action will be taken after investigating the matter.
