MLA Irfan's mother and wife called Nazir Fatima's allegations baseless

Both of them called Nazir Fatima's allegations baseless and said that she is misleading the police and the court. That is why she gives statements every day that the MLA and his people threaten her. If the MLA and his brother Rizwan are lodged in jail, how can they threaten her?

Nazir Fatima has a plot near SP MLA Irfan Solanki's residence in Jajmau, where she lives in a hut. Last year, Nazir had accused MLA Irfan and his brother Rizwan that her hut was set on fire at their behest because these people wanted to capture the plot. The case registered in the police station regarding this matter is going on in the MP-MLA court and a decision is expected soon. The MLA and his brother Rizwan are in jail.

Here, the MLA and his brother, who appeared several times for the hearing, told the media that there will be justice, there will be fairness and we will be acquitted. On these statements, the victim Nazir Fatima has alleged that the way the accused speak to the media, it is clear that they are threatening her. Apart from this, his people also constantly threaten her for not pursuing the case. The victim has also talked about being threatened by the police and the court. On this, on Saturday, MLA Irfan's wife Naseem Solanki, mother Khurshida Bano and his lawyer Shivakant Dixit held a press conference and called the allegations of Nazir Fatima and her daughter Kaneez Zaira baseless.

The MLA's mother said that is it wrong to say that justice has been done. Nazir Fatima is making false allegations of intimidation to mislead the police and the court so that the decision of the case can be delayed.

MLA's lawyer Shivakant Dixit said that the cross-examination in the case has been completed and the court has been postponing the decision for the last two months. The reason behind this could be the constant wrong statements made by the plaintiff. He said that our client comes to court directly from jail and during this time, whenever asked by the media, he always says that if we will get justice, then what is wrong in it.
