East Champaran, 23 May (H.I.S.). The children of SRH Cambridge World School located in Patahi of the district have got their parents to fill the pledge form for voting. The school management had given this resolution letter to the children, which the children got filled by the parents and handed it over to the school management.
Divided into two parts, in the first part of this Sankalp Patra, children are appealing their parents to vote as per the letter. It is written in it that my dear mummy papa, I know that you love me a lot. You work hard day and night to make my future better. My future is also linked to the strong democracy of the country. Therefore, I want you to take a pledge that you will definitely go to vote in the Lok Sabha elections on 25 May. I am sure that you will keep this promise. At the same time, the resolution of the parents has been included in the second part of the Sankalp Patra. It is written in it that we take a pledge that we will definitely go to vote in the Lok Sabha elections on 25 May and will also inspire all the voters of our family, neighbors and friends to vote.
Parents are also signing this Sankalp Patra. Dr. Jyotsna, Principal of Craibis World School, said that every vote is precious in this festival of democracy, so make sure to exercise your right to vote. The aim of initiatives like Sankalp Patra is to create awareness about the importance of voting and to leverage the influence of school children to encourage their parents to participate in the democratic process by exercising their right to vote. She expressed hope that due to the active participation of the young generation in this “festival of democracy”, enthusiastic voting will be seen.
