Kishanganj, 21 May (Hindustan Reporter). A surprise inspection of Galgaliya check post was conducted by District Magistrate Tushar Singla.
DM said that all the vehicles coming into the district will be thoroughly checked. For this, the concerned officer was instructed to take necessary action. This check post is being developed as a multi agency check post. Under which it will be easier for all the enforcement related departments to work together. For this, instructions were given to Transport Department, Excise and Registration Department, Commercial Tax Department, Mineral Resources Department, Revenue Department to take necessary action.
DM said that 24×7 continuous monitoring will be maintained at the check post. For this, instructions were given to the concerned officer for installation of CCTV, deputation of necessary police force and installation of modern machines.
