For such mobile users, the National Payment Corporation of India i.e. NPCI has provided the facility of online payment without smartphone and internet.
Transfer money without smartphone and internet
In such a situation, if you do not have a smartphone. Or if internet is not available in the phone then you can make online payment even without smartphone and internet. In this, UPI payment can be done using UPI123Pay. To make UPI payment without internet, USSD service must be activated in your phone. Also, there should be money in your bank account. Let us tell you that without internet the limit for UPI payment is ₹ 2000 per transaction and ₹ 10000 per day.

How to make UPI payment
- First of all dial 99# on your phone.
- After this you have to select option 1.
- Then you have to choose the type of transaction.
- After this, enter the UPI ID, phone number or bank account number of the UPI account to which you want to send money.
- Then enter the payment amount to be sent.
- Enter your UPI PIN.
- After this tap on “Send”.
